We need your help to make these 仪式 an incredible experience for all who attend. Make a BIG impact on our graduating students and their guests by volunteering for 毕业典礼工作人员!

Or if you're a faculty member, show your pride for your graduating students by attending the commencement ceremony in your academic regalia. 教师 are also invited to participate as a 教师 Marshal to help students cross the stage during their ceremony.

职位描述

• 迎宾员(室内 & 户外)

  • Indoor Greeters: Responsible for welcoming guests into 事件 while providing basic directional 场地资料.

    Outdoor Greeters: Responsible for greeting guests as they arrive on campus and providing them with basic event and directional information to get to 事件 聚会地点.

• 学生登记(户外)

  • Responsible for checking in our graduating students as they arrive outside 事件 聚会地点.

• 学生座位(室内)

  • Responsible for meeting graduating students on the arena floor and ushering them to their reserved seating section inside of 事件 聚会地点.

• 票房(室内)

  • Distribute guest tickets and provide basic way finding and event information to students 和客人

• Event Set-Up (pre and post-event support)

  • Critical to building the top-notch 毕业典礼 experience that 十大菠菜软件 is proud of, this team will help produce printed items, assemble event-critical materials and other miscellaneous tasks before and after the official commencement 仪式 occur.

• 教务主任(室内)  

  • Interested in being a 教师 Marshal? 

    Contact your College Dean's office directly to request to participate as a 教师 Marshal during eligible 仪式.

    教师 Marshals work alongside the Student Seating Team during each ceremony to assist students in leaving and returning to their seats during the stage cross portion of 事件. This role is essential in ensuring each student is recognized and the ceremony 如期进行. 教师 Marshals will process in with the ceremony faculty group at the beginning and end of the ceremony, in academic regalia, and will have a reserved seat in the Student Seating Section.

教师租赁章

教师 who would like to participate in the ceremony but need academic regalia may rent them from our official vendor at no cost.
Fall 2024 requests are not yet ready.

Rent Your 教师 Regalia Here (Link TBD)

1. Select the "Rent 教师 Regalia - Order Now" option
2. Choose your degree type from the drop down menu
3. 选择“帽 & Gown" next to the "首页" button
4. Fill in your personal information and click "Add to Cart"
5. Verify your order details are correct then click "Checkout"
6. Enter your shipping information in the the "Billing information" section and check the box "Billing information is the same as Shipping", then enter your adinathfoundations.net的电子邮件 address, and click "Continue" at the bottom

Rental orders will arrive with a return address labels to ship back after use. Packages must be returned/postmarked by 1-2 days after the final 毕业典礼 date.

(You will not be charged for your rental. It is our pleasure to cover the cost of your regalia rental order for the commencement ceremony)

事件停车

教师 and staff may use their existing parking permit to park on campus during the 仪式. If you do not have a parking permit, event parking permits will be available for purchase at a later date.

* Confirm when your permit expires by logging into your 停车 Services portal and clicking "View Your Permits"

* Shift times may vary slightly from the posted times, depending on your role and 每个仪式的需要. Thank you for your support and understanding.

** All staff (CSUEU/MPP) must obtain 批准 from their appropriate administrator before completing the 毕业典礼 工作人员ing Form. Please note: Non-exempt employees are eligible for overtime compensation or Compensatory Time Off (CTO) for hours worked over 40 hours in the work week. 教师 are not required to have appropriate administrator 批准.
