用户角色

The system allows two user access 角色s — requester and shopper. 你会自动 granted 购物者 access when you log in to CSUBUY.  请求者角色是保留的 采购卡(p卡)持有人.
If you do not have a 研究基金会 P-card, you are able to use the system as 一个购物者. In 购物者 角色, you are able to shop from supplier catalogs, add items to your cart, and then assign (transfer) cart items to your designated procurement 持卡人完成购买. 

注意: The requester 角色 is not automatically granted to users. 您可以要求更改 in your 角色 by completing the CSUBUY Access Request Form.

• If you have a 研究基金会 P-Card, you can add your card to your profile, move to the CSUBUY Shopping 首页 Page, begin selecting your items from supplier catalogs, add items to cart, and complete the purchase in the system using your own Research 基金会P-card. Be sure to select the 研究基金会 address as the billing 地址，当您使用您的射频p卡.

购物者(非持卡人)

• If you do not have an 十大菠菜软件RF P-Card, you are able to use the system in 购物者 角色. You are able to move to the CSUBUY Shopping 首页 Page, select items from supplier catalogs, add items to cart, and then assign (transfer) cart items to your designated 研究基金会 procurement 持卡人完成购买 on your behalf. 

研究基金会的主要“请求者”是 Tracy (Trang) Pham. Lovepreet Kaur and Loralee Quintero are backup requesters. 一定要监控你的 cart since CSUBUY does not have a time-out function. 如果主请求者不在 of the office, you will need to reassign your cart to 一个 of the backup requesters 完成购买.

• When assigning your cart, be sure to include a note to the assignee that includes 以下资料:

• Cardholders will receive email notifications confirming (1) that the order was received (2)订单发货日期.

Two other methods for obtaining a copy of the receipt for the P-card reconciliation 如下所述.

每个供应商目录都有一个 订单历史 功能. Cardholders can retrieve receipts by using the order summary/history 功能 found in the supplier’s catalog (as shown in figure 3). 这张收据将与收据相符 transaction posted in the procurement card statement.

Cardholders can also retrieve information for P-Card reconciliation by searching an order in the CSUBUY puchase order history (as shown in figure 4 below). 购买 order, which represents the order sent 给供应商, can be found in 订单 > Purchase 订单.

The information retrieved during the search will show the order as it was relayed 给供应商. It will not identify whether the order includes multiple shipments, is on backorder, or has been cancelled (as shown in figure 5 below).

“指定”采购的对账

If you have assigned your order to the 研究基金会 AP Team, they will reconcile 所有的购买都用他们的团队卡. Using the information provided in the note to assignee the team will route the transaction for approval by the OSP analyst in Access Online (十大菠菜软件RF美国银行p卡网站). The OSP analyst will review and approve the purchases 在银行网站上.
