Full- and part-time permanent State employees are reviewed annually using the form 下面. The annual review cycle covers the performance review period of July 1 through 每年6月30日. This is intended to be a comprehensive review of your performance during the prior year and is designed to provide a vehicle for on-going feedback and 对话. In addition, it acknowledges strengths and core competencies.

员工 who are new to the 管理 Personnel Plan (MPP) are evaluated after six months and again at 一个 year of service, and thereafter annually under the campus 年度评审计划.

Annual evaluations should be completed and returned to 大学工作人员 no later than 45 days after the end of the evaluation cycle (July 1 through June 30). 六个月 evaluations should be completed and returned to 大学工作人员 no later than 14 days after the employee’s sixth month of service.
